Therapist/Owner
Paul Skrbec, LMT/CPT has been practicing massage since 2015 and was on the academic Dean's List at Saint Paul College throughout his training. From 2016-2017, he was the Director of Massage Therapy with a staff of 14 therapists at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Saint Louis Park. He continues to consult for the spa and assist in employee training. During his time as a massage therapist, he has work with clients from the Minnesota Twins organization, Minnesota Lynx and Minnesota Wild. He also works with several long-distance runners and tri-athletes to relieve pain and improve performance.
He is licensed by the City of Minneapolis (LIC74134) where he operates his winter season practice from November-April. He is certified in CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross, is insured for massage through Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) as a professional member and is a Certified Personal Trainer (# 1180169207) by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology from Saint John's University in Collegeville, MN and certifications in Massage Therapy, Personal Training and Holistic Nutrition Coaching from St. Paul College.
Our Products
We use only the highest quality products in all of our treatments, ensuring that you receive the best possible results. Our products are carefully selected to meet the unique needs of each client.
All of our massage sessions are booked and paid for as time only in 25-, 50- or 80-minute sessions. Session add-ons like aromatherapy, sore muscle treatment, cupping therapy, sore back turbo treatment, peppermint scalp massage or hot stone massage are all offered complimentary. We consult with you to determine what add-on options will work best for you.
